The best and fastest way to get support is to contact our support staff. We pride ourselves on our fast and efficient service to our users.

How do I call you and speak to a live person?

We do not provide telephone support.

What is your support turn-around time?

Our support staff members respond to a support ticket within a few hours during North American daylight hours, even over weekends and holidays. Under normal circumstances you can expect to hear back from us within two to three hours, sometimes less. Only in exceptional circumstances, or when you are located on the other side of the world, will you experience longer wait times.

Do you provide training courses?

We do not provide any training courses.

Do you provide support via chat or social media?

We do not provide support via online chat features, or via social media sites, such as Twitter and Facebook.

Do you provide video tutorials?

We do not provide video tutorials. You may want to search YouTube for tutorial videos that were created by our users.
