Please request a password reset. An email will be sent to the email address that you entered when you signed up for an account.
If you forgot the email address that you used when you registered your account, or if you don't have access to that email address any longer, then please see below what options are available.
If you forgot your log in username, then simply log in by entering your registered email address, in the place of the username, in the log in form.
Once you're logged in, you can view or change your log in username using the My Account menu entry.
If you lost access to the email address that you entered when you signed up for an account, then there are two options.
Please use My Account in the menu to change your log in password when you're already logged in to your account.
If you cannot log in, then request a password reset.
The following steps will help you to enable two-factor authentication on your account.
Download and install either the FreeOTP app or the Google Authenticator app on your mobile device. Both apps are free.
Important: After two-factor authentication is enabled on your account, you will have to enter a six-digit code every time when you log in to your account. That code is not sent to your mobile device, meaning you won't get a notification on your mobile device. When you log in, you need to open the downloaded app on your mobile device, and read the six digit code as displayed in the app.
Please use My Account in the menu to change your account details such as username, email address, name, timezone, and other display preferences.
Please use My Account, Delete Account in the menu to delete your user account.
Deleting your user account is final. The account cannot be recovered.
Any billing agreements in the account are automatically canceled when the user account is deleted.
