New User Help

How do I choose a log in username?

Things to consider when creating a username:

  • Must be between 3 and 100 characters in length.
  • Can contain only letters, numbers, underscores (_) and hyphens (-).
  • Must start with a letter and end with a letter or number.
  • Cannot contain more than 20 underscores and hyphens combined.

Things that you should not include in a username:

  • Obscene or profane words.
  • Someone else's intellectual property.
  • Personally identifiable information, such as date of birth, telephone number, etc.

How do I choose a log in password?

When creating your password, consider the following:

  • Must be at least 6 characters in length.
  • Don't use personal information that others can easily obtain or guess (example: your name, phone number, or birth date).
  • The longer and more complex your password is, the harder it will be to guess. Place numbers and punctuation randomly in your password.
  • Create a password that's secure, but still easy for you to remember. To help you remember your password, consider using a phrase or song title as your password.
  • After creating your password, protect it. Don't share your password with others.
  • Don't use the same password for your other online accounts, such as email, bank, and social networking accounts.

Note: Our support staff will never ask you to provide your password to us.

What time zone must I choose?

Please scroll though the list of time zones until you find the name of the city where you live. If you cannot find your city name, then select the name of a city that is in the same time zone as your city.

We use the time zone for displaying dates and times when you are logged in to your account.

I am not receiving the account activation email, what can I do?
